Our system upgrade has now taken place!
This upgrade will enable us to offer you a wider range of products and services, along with future enhancements for your convenience across our branch network and electronic banking channels.
Please refer to the important information below to help you navigate through the new system. Updates and detailed information will be posted on this webpage.
To view your eStatement, please log into online banking and click on your account. Choose Documents from the options available and View Statement.
We understand that, due to our system upgrade, some accounts are being charged or double charged account fees. We are working at resolving this issue as soon as we can.
Mobile Banking login: the first time you login to our new HCB Mobile Banking app you will use your current user name. The password will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your password. When you exit mobile banking you may simply swipe it away or move to another app. You will need to enter your password again when revisiting the site. This keeps your information secure but easily accessible. If you want to fully log out you may do so by going to the settings tab and removing your profile. That will completely remove your username, password and passcode from the device. You would need to update that information at the next login.
Online Banking login on our home page. You will be asked for your current user name, click login, and then enter your password on the second page. Your password will be the last four digits of your social security number. This step provides enhanced security. You will be prompted to choose a new password.

Save the history and external account information from Money Management

On Monday, October 28
Delete the current HCB Mobile App and download the new HCB Mobile Banking App from your App Store
Reset your password on Online and Mobile Banking. Use the last four digits of your social security number as the temporary password. Your user name will remain the same
Re-enter e-bill vendors on Bill Pay
Add additional owners to eStatement accounts
Add external account information to our new HCB Money Manager program for complete financial tracking!
Review scheduled transfers in Online Banking to verify they have converted correctly.
Important Upgrade Information
- Account numbers will not change
- Debit, credit, and ATM card numbers and PIN numbers will not change
- Direct deposits and automatic payments will not change
- Checks and our Highpoint Community Bank routing number will not change
- You may receive multiple account statements in October, but any applicable fees or interest will be shown on a paper statement mailed on October 24 only. You will receive statements at month end beginning on October 31
- Loan payments will not change
- SecurLock will be replaced by MyCardRules, a program within the new mobile app
- The telephone banking number will not change. You will enroll with a new PIN the first time you use the new system. Prompts will be updated, as well
