Stimulus Payment Information
Highpoint Community Bank receives direct deposits at 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on business days. Your stimulus payment will be sent with an “effective date”. Your stimulus payment will be credited to your account and available to you on the effective date. If you are an Online Banking user, consider setting up a deposit alert to notify you of a deposit being posted to your account. Another helpful tool is the IRS tool to check the status of your payment at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
All Highpoint Community Bank branches are open for business via drive thru, ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines), Call Center, Highpoint Connect video banking or in person at your local branch. In branch appointments are encouraged. Please call 888.422.2280 to make an appointment.

PPP Loan Forgiveness
On August 10th, the SBA began accepting Forgiveness requests through their new platform. The new Stimulus Package that has been approved allows for a new single page attestation and certification document that allows borrowers to apply for forgiveness without providing supporting documentation with loan amounts of $150,000 or less.
