Stimulus Payment Information

Highpoint Community Bank receives direct deposits at 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on business days. Your stimulus payment will be sent with an “effective date”.  Your stimulus payment will be credited to your account and available to you on the effective date.  If you are an Online Banking user, consider setting up a deposit alert to notify you of a deposit being posted to your account. Another helpful tool is the IRS tool to check the status of your payment at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment

Lobby Hours

All Highpoint Community Bank branches are open for business via drive thru, ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines), Call Center, Highpoint Connect video banking or in person at your local branch. In branch appointments are encouraged. Please call 888.422.2280 to make an appointment.

Business Resources

Paycheck Protection Program

As of May 4, 2021, PPP Funds have been exhausted and the SBA has halted new applications from being submitted to their portal. The program is now closed, but Highpoint Community Bank will allow new applications if the program opens again in the future.


PPP Loan Forgiveness

Highpoint Community Bank has begun the Loan Forgiveness process for existing PPP loans. The SBA allows for a streamlined application for loan amounts of $150,000 or less where no supporting documentation is needed. If you are applying for forgiveness on a Second Draw PPP Loan, please provide documentation of your reduction in gross receipts of at least 25% for any quarter in 2019 vs the same quarter in 2020 or for a year over year decline. HCB will be sending pre-filled Forgiveness Applications in phases, so please wait until you receive communication from the bank to begin your forgiveness process.
