I have been with HCB since August 2018, growing from Teller to Customer Service Specialist, Personal Banker, and now Branch Supervisor. In 2022, I received the Excellence in Service Award for delivering exceptional customer service and building a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

What I value most about working at HCB is being part of a community bank where customer relationships come first. I enjoy helping people reach their financial goals, whether that's opening the right accounts, finding solutions for their banking needs, or planning for their financial future.

As Branch Supervisor, I work to create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and strive to make a meaningful impact in our community. Contributing to HCB's mission of putting customers first and serving people with care and dedication is something I'm genuinely proud of.
