I've spent nearly a decade in banking, building experience across multiple roles and developing a strong understanding of what it takes to provide excellent customer service. I joined Highpoint Community Bank in early 2019 and have progressed through several positions, including Teller, Electronic Banking Specialist, Virtual Banking Lead, and Personal Banker, before moving into my current role as Branch Supervisor. This range of experience has given me insight into both traditional and digital banking, as well as what it takes to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.

What I appreciate most about working at a community bank is the opportunity to build genuine relationships with our customers. We're not just completing transactions; we're taking the time to understand individual needs and provide solutions that make a real difference in people's financial lives. Whether I'm helping a customer with their day to day banking needs or working with them on longer term financial strategies, my goal is always to create positive outcomes that benefit both our customers and the communities we serve.
