FAQs
Q: How do I get my paycheck early?
You may receive your direct deposit up to two days early with Advantage Pay if you:
1) Have an Advantage Checking account with us.
2) Have a recurring qualifying direct deposit.
It is at our discretion to identify which recurring direct deposits are eligible for Advantage Pay and it may take up to 90 days to identify those deposits that qualify. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the Advantage Pay service due to unanticipated circumstances.
Q: When can I access my funds?
You can access your funds as soon as they are posted to your account. The bank receives direct deposit files throughout the day..
Q: I set up direct deposit, but my paycheck is not arriving early.
While Advantage Pay offers the ability to credit your direct deposit early, not everyone is paid two days early. The exact timing ultimately depends on your employer or payroll service provider and when we receive notice of an impending payment.
