Using Highpoint Connect
Highpoint Connect is available to use on iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices. It’s also available on a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam.
How to use Highpoint Connect on your Laptop or Desktop Computer

Click the “Start Video Chat” button to initiate the online video chat. The following items are required: a functioning webcam, microphone, and one of the following supported web browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, or the latest version of Microsoft Edge.

Enter your name and email address, check “Agree,” and hit “Next.” Make sure your camera and audio are working correctly. Click “Next.” | ![]() |

If a Service Agent is available, select “Video Call Team” to initiate a call. Service Agents are available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Eastern Time and Saturday, 9am – 12pm Eastern Time.
