eStatements
Save time and money with eStatements. The most popular option is to have your statements delivered to your Online Banking or mobile app. The statements will appear under Documents. Simply access your profile and select the account from your dashboard. Go to Documents to access current and past statements.
Another option is the ability to allow statement-only access online. This is ideal for third parties such as accountants or business managers who need access to statement information.
Mobile Deposit
Available through our mobile app and ideal for a small volume of checks, mobile deposit lets you deposit checks directly from a mobile device or smartphone, no matter where you are.
Start by signing the back of the check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only at HCB” under your signature. Access your app and go to the “Deposit Check” widget. Select your account for deposit. Then take a picture of the front and back of the check. Simple as that.

If your business still handles a high volume of checks, Remote Check Deposit is the service for you and your business. This product allows you to deposit checks from your home or office 24 hours a day, eliminating the trip to the bank, to make your deposits.
The way it works is simple. Plug in the scanner that we provide into your computer, then log into our secure URL to complete installation. Your computer is now ready to scan and deposit your checks.

Smartpay Express
SmartPay Express makes it easier for people to pay you, reduces billing expenses and streamlines recordkeeping. A link with a unique URL is set up on your website and customized to fit your business brand. Customers can make payments or donations using debit card, credit card or a debit from a checking account.
